Many commercial loan brokers tout they have access to “thousands of lenders all competing for your business”. We have found having a very strong relationship with one or two lenders who offer competitive rates, terms, funding times and will listen to the client’s “story” when making credit decisions, allow the highest chance of funding to occur.
